30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your organic glow. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The product must be unused or only minimally tested (less than 10% used).
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
